Lack of response to my texts requesting information about my vehicle, warranty coverage and timing of completion of the work. I was told it was a problem with your new texting system. I received incorrect and curt extended warranty coverage information from both Hendricks Autoguard advisor and dealer's service advisor, I was told items would not be covered but they are clearly covered per the contract and website info. That was only corrected when I called Hendricks Autoguard directly, my service advisor said they may listen to the customer more than me. Hendricks is one company...should be much smoother.

Laith is an excellent service representative. Needed the brakes fixed in a hurry - he squeezed me in, was efficient and on time. He has turned me around regarding my opinion of JJ service. I’m glad I found him as an advisor - made a huge difference!
