Whitney took care of everything in a timely manner. Also she spotted that the tires should be rotated due to the distance driven since the last oil change.
I’ve had seven new cars in my life and I’ve never had a service rep like Derek. He always makes my visits easy. And even though the problem I brought my truck in for wasn’t completely resolved, I’m still very happy with how the visit went.
The service was outstanding. Took awhile, but that’s the nature of the beast for getting my truck bed sprayed.

The only thing was my driver seat was really wet , it made squished sound , I’m hoping it had ruined any electronics in the chair. Although it was raining, I think
It’s important to protect the chair, there was no clear plastic on them, only a paper floor covering sheet. All the workers are very nice, I appreciate the consistency and honesty.
