I hate leaving bad reviews but I just was unsatisfied with the care this time around. I dropped my truck off last Thursday for a transmission issue. During the time it was at your dealer, I got very very few updates along the way. Each time I called Whitney to get an update there was no answer, I never got a call back when I left a message, and very rarely did I get updates via text. I probably have 4-5 text messages in a row of me asking for updates or trying to discuss matters with no replies between them. I realized the truck was gonna be in there for Longer than I had anticipated so I requested a loaner. Once again i could Not get Whitney on the phone so Derek answered. He was wonderful and assisted me right away. He emailed Whitney to say that I needed a shuttle Pick up the following morning at 1030am to get a loaner vehicial. he read me the email and sent it right away. The following morning the shuttle did not Arrive at 1030, I waited until 1130 and I called the dealer to ask what happened, the lady on the phone sounded confused and apologized and said he’s on his way. I then get a text from Whitney saying “he’s coming from north county” the shuttle got to my house around 1145 and the driver told me That he has no idea/ knowledge that we had supper to get me! That I wasn’t even on the pick up list and that he was going on lunch when Whitney said to get me. Whitney called and said to have him take me to enterprise, and upon getting there, enterprise said they had no GM vehicle on lot that I can loan. I was furious! After waiting a few minutes, they drove me all the way down to pacific beach (20 min from my house) in a rainstorm to put me in a Malibu. I drove home and not 30 min later, whitney calls to tell me my truck is ready! I was even more pissed. She schedules me to come in the following morning to pick it up as well as do a test drive with the tech. I come in that following morning (12/6), one of the other service advisors checks in me and I told her I have a test drive meeting with the tech. She had absolutely no knowledge of the test drive and just looked st me in confusion. Thankfully Derek was there and handled it for me right away. Did the test with the tech and everything seemed fine until driving home when the same issue starting happening. I have a lot of respect for JJ and I’ve had wonderful experiences with Derek and Rakan, if I had known Derek was back I would have requested him. Both went out of their way to help me when Whitney wasn’t around. I apologize to leave this bad review but I feel that the service this time around was unsatisfactory.

I filed complaints months ago about Katrina attitude. My appointment was 7:30 checked in brfore at 8:47 im wondering why she has come said something about service then she text me 7 pages I'm unable to open and she didnt check if I receivedhad Laithe print, i trll him which recommend service I want dine, when car ready I get another text from Kartina I request someone else take my payment. In the future I do not want Katrina to help when I bring my vehicle.

Laith is awesome and has taken care of my family since we moved here. I would recommend him to anyone. He keeps us informed during the entire process and explains everything to us. You should be very proud he works there. I will continue to come back based on how he takes care of my vehicles.
