Rakan was very nice. He was the only service tech out of the six present to greet me after I entered the quiet department and waited patiently while the others chatted among themselves and pretended not to see me. I was the only customer at the time. The only other exception was the tech with the surname Fitzgerald who offered a mumbled, "We'll be right with you," before continuing her casual conversation with a co-worker. As Rakan was helping me, another customer entered and all the techs who didn't acknowledge me greeted her enthusiastically. I can't figure it out. Maybe it's because my car is an older model? That's the only other explanation I have besides my dark complexion. Anyway, Rakan took care of my service needs promptly and very professionally. IF I return for anything else, he'll be the only one with whom I want to work.
