Liana Gorney took very good care of me while my car was being serviced. She kept me informed of the progress being made on several occasions. I really appreciate knowing what’s happening with tentative completion dates. I was also provided with a rental car which was definitely needed and appreciated. I have to say in the 2 years I’ve had my car, I’ve never had a bad experience when I needed to bring my car in. Many thanks to all involved!

Great service

I felt like the service agent was trying to get me to do too much. The Service agent helping me made me feel like he made commision off the more work we did. He never said this specifically however he came off like a used car salesman. I felt the labor costs are way too high. Finally, I remember He told me he would not charge me for the air-conditioning evaluation even though I was signing for all the diagnostic testing costs. When I push back he told me I was wrong. I just felt he was misleading. I told him I was not planning to do the air conditioning at this time. He said he most likely knew what the problem was and was not going to charge me if I decided not to fix it. Ultimately I ended up giving him the163 bucks for not doing anything and for him not spending much time on it. Just feels wrong. Ultimately I will never come back to you guys.
