Was told vehicle could be diagnosed but may not have enough time to fix. Dropped off at 8:00 am. By 3:45 was notified that they could not diagnose until monday. Wasted day.
She is amazing! Her customer service is above any I've come across and her willingness to get the job done and make sure the customer is happy is superb. She's the main reason I continue to buy my vehicles at your dealership. Don't lose her!
I did not get a part for my car. And prices are too expensive
It took so long. 3 weeks the first time and 5 days again when we had to bring it back in. I understand the parts were hard to find, but then we had to bring it back because it wasn't fixed.
The customer service was beyond what I expected and I will 100% come back everytime I need any service done to my truck.
Katrina appeared to be knowledgeable in regards to vehicle service maintenance issues which is really helpful when you are unfamiliar with the error codes your engine is spitting out.
