Love the service this time , my oil change was done promptly. I lost my phone in the sutttle coming home. I forgot my phone in the shuttle. My service girl retrieved the phone and gave it back to me,and service with a smile. Thank you.

Was told vehicle could be diagnosed but may not have enough time to fix. Dropped off at 8:00 am. By 3:45 was notified that they could not diagnose until monday. Wasted day.

It took so long. 3 weeks the first time and 5 days again when we had to bring it back in. I understand the parts were hard to find, but then we had to bring it back because it wasn't fixed.
