3 hours for an oil change even with an appointment ? Travis was great and very professional, but 3 hours .. come on. Atleast give us a heads up or don’t say “finishing up now” and still have to wait an hour. I’d rather know it’s going to be a while and come back rather than wait there for “an hour to an hour and a half” like I was told. Other than that I will be back since I purchased an Oil change package.
