While Jimmy Johnson’s Chevy is not responsible for the defective part installed on my truck, they are responsible for reassembling my vehicle according to proper assembly standards. Whoever did the repair on the door of my truck, failed to ensure that all the internal parts of the door are properly reassembled. I now need to return to the dealership and have the issue corrected. My time is valuable and I don’t appreciate such carelessness.
Travis Ingalls is the BEST service advisor hands down! I know I can trust him to make sure my vehicles are taken care of!

Was told I would have a courtesy vehicle to borrow while my car was in the shop I had to cancel my appointment reschedule it because there was not a courtesy vehicle and enterprise could accommodate me and my disabled daughter and was told there weren’t a lot of cars and I’d be waiting for an hour or longer after sitting at Chevy for over and hour

I’m grateful that they found the nail in the front right tire what I’m not grateful for is that they wanted to charge $40 to repair it. I can go to any of the tire stores and get it repaired for free or I just went to Costco and got it repaired there for $11 and they put the nitrogen and then I also requested. The other stores don’t put the nitrogen and so we opted to pay the $11 for one stop shopping. I believe your facility charging $40 for a tire that you sold me recently is totally out rages this is your tire you guys should’ve backed up with a free repair you might want to look into that considering everybody else can pretty much closed come close to free
The service that’s I received was exceptional!! I was driving from the Los Angeles area to San Diego for my son’s basketball tournament, when I began experiencing car trouble. I brought my car in and was taken care of right away. The service advisor was professional, friendly, and made sure that he understood my situation and why it was important for me to have the problem with my car addressed. I am so appreciative and thankful that I went to your dealer for assistance that day!! Thank you!!
