The service advisor was helpful, courteous and professional. My complaint is the long wait time associated with the oil change. I don’t understand why my vehicle service wasn’t completed until 4:00, when I had a service appointment for 1:30.
My Yukon was damaged in the processs of getting the factory headlight changed. The technician denied he damaged it. There was no resolution after I notified the staff of the damage; it wasn’t until my husband called the collision department that someone agreed to repair it. Nobody expects to pay a maintenance bill & get vehicle damage in the process.
Mr. Suda is Awesome, very professional and Courteous! He insured all my service needs were addressed and taken care of with no hassle, and informed me of what service suggestions to expect on my next visit.
