I tend to be a fussy person and I honestly cannot say enough about the care Rakkan gave me! I am a bit older and have trouble with technology, so i was still struggling to understand some features of my vehicle, especially my phone hook up. Rakkan spent A LOT of time helping me and showed me EXTREME kindness and patience. Thank you, thank you, thank you! You guys are the best!

Rakan is a suburb team member. His professionalism and attention to customer needs is unmatched. The entire service team needs to have an appreciation party for the large amount of unscheduled maintenance they accomplished in one visit. Blake's time accurate parts support was critical and ensured a happy customer. Again please give Rakan a raise or something comparable, he is an asset you do not want to lose.

I had an appointment for a 1030 oil change and tire rotation, I left there after 1pm. After talking with the maintenance representative, I was informed they had an influx of personnel showing up that day, so I asked what was the point of me having an appointment and trying to plan if I'm just thrown in with the mix of walk ins. So almost 3 hours for an oil change and tire rotation with an appointment scheduled, highly disappointed that having an appointment didn't make a difference as far as prioritizing maintenance to be done. I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

Pam, my service advisor was great! She did everything perfect and was very nice and helpful. But the amount of time it took to get my car ready was longer than one would reasonably expect. It took 4 hours to get my tire replaced. I think 2-3 hrs is reasonable but 4 hrs is a long time to have to wait.
