I was well taken care by Whitney R. she is a great service advisor. She was really kind and very helpful with all the questions I had. Despite that it took a while for my car to be fixed, because the issue was very complicated she always keeped me posted about what was going on. She even offered me a rental, which I did took advantage from the new Colorado truck is great. Besides everything the wait was worth it now I got my car back and it’s working just fine thank you Chevrolet and Whitney Reinhardt

Was **** **** when I got told the work that needed to be done. Was only gonna take 3 days then it ended up taking 7 days. Got lied to about it. Then when I told them my Avalanche was going to be shipped all of sudden they put more people to work on it. When they knew they could have done that from the get go. Paid 3k. For good and on time service. Then when they said it was done got there. They said it wasn't done waited another hour. To only find out it was sitting in the parking lot and workers were to lazy go find the keys to it. Was lied to about time. And **** customer service all around. Fuxk you guys and your **** lying ways. Will never go there again. Made sure my mom not buying her car from there. Shame on you guys how you treated good paying customer. 3 thousand dollars for **** service and lies. 2007 white Chevy Avalanche. Look it up in case you're wondering which veachle I was. My car is making a strange noise since it was picked up on Thursday and there is an odor that seems to be coming in through the vents. I will be bringing the car back in tomorrow morning, Monday, to have this problem fixed.
