Took my car in for an oil and because the passenger side rear view mirror doesn’t move. 4 hours later I get a call that my car is ready. After picked up the mirror still doesn’t work.
Laith was great! I showed up early and he got me taken care of right away, provided an accurate time estimate, was friendly in his service and answered all my questions.
Service was good, text updates were nice, when I did not want to do the recommended repairs but opted for what we could afford at the moment, suddenly the price went up a couple hundred dollars

I asked for service to wash and clean my car especially my rims after I had my tires exchanged and oil change on my corvette. It was not done. Very disappointing! I also have a Mercedes and rain or shine they clean the car inside and out prior to returning to the customer. Thinking about going to another dealer for my next service.
While the issue with my vehicle was fixed (a leaking tire), communication during the whole process was lacking, and I ended up spending my entire day either at the service department or ubering to and from there. Overall it was disappointing, however I know things like this happen so I don’t blame anyone in particular— just disappointed.
