This was absolutely an amazing experience.... Travis always goes above and beyond for his customers. Also great team work...... told you have my car for four more days to complete work that serprise to me I got a call less than 24 hours later that I could come pickup my car. I’ll never shop another Dealership nor use a different service writer. Thank you again Nicole K

I have no idea who Liana Gorney is. Never dealt with her. I also received text messages about my vehicle being ready for pick up just yesterday and I have already had my truck for over a week. My experience with Jimmy Johnson Chevrolet is that they tried to rob me. I purchased a courtesy vehicle with only 4,000 miles and was told more than once it had a clean record with no accidents. The only reason I didn’t take it home is that it was dark and raining hard outside and I couldn’t get a good overall look at it. A couple days later the weather was nice and I started to notice that certain things like the car tire jack was missing and the storage container under the backseat just to name a few. The truck was in worse shape than I thought at that point as far as gouges and scratches. Finance guy was very clear to tell me that there is no cooling period and I was married to this vehicle now. Pretty much felt hopeless at that point until I caught these scumbags. I noticed that the bottom corner of the rear passenger crewcab door looked like it had been sanded. Then I notice under the cab on that same side that a couple black bouts were missing. These morons left one plug that had paint on it and I knew that this had been worked on or previously wrecked. They also said it had been detailed and it was still very dirty with gum between the back seats. Once I pointed out the evidence, they brought out the 2 higher ups and a few minutes later they said I am not bound to the vehicle any longer. The truck had been in a wreck. They did give me an ok deal on another truck, but it was pathetic that I still had to pay half the bow tie install. It just comes down to the fact that someone knew what they were trying to do to me and I could feel it. My guess is that you guys got your **** mixed up and still have my number under that vehicle. Probably sold it to some other poor fool that don’t know any better. That’s why I am getting messages saying that my vehicle is ready for pick up.

Whitney is amazing. She was great to work with and took care of me. She kept me updated, she answered all my questions, and provided A+ service. All my future service needs for my Volt will be done through Whitney at Jimmie Johnson's Kearny Mesa Chevrolet.

she didn't go over my paperwork at all. briefly mentioned something about an oil leak? nothing at all said about that when she called with a quote. also my monitor didn't get reset again. still showed 27% oil life.

Laith is so good at this job. I, as a woman who does not know much about cars, can completely trust him to guide me through g he maze of car mainteNance. He always explains clearly and with respect. Having my car in for service is always pleasant.
