My service advisor Whitney was on top of things from start to end;
The car is also serviced on timely manner and we don’t seem to have any issues.
Only regret is I didn’t see the car being washed which Whitney had offered as a complementary service to us.
I didn’t have the time to go back n check with Whitney; but I bet she would have taken care of it.
Overall, I was fully satisfied, except this one incident.
I really hope you won’t take this seriously against Whitney.

The individual assisting me was very helpful, the whole team was great! However, I dropped my car off at 10:30, and it was not ready until 3:00pm. I just got an oil change and I don’t think it should take that long. Especially because I made an appointment. I’m aware that the service department gets backed-up, but if I would have known that prior to arriving, I wouldn’t have driven the 45min to get there, to wait almost five hours for an oil change. I appreciate everyone working hard, but the current system for getting cars in-and-out is flawed.
Extremely grateful. Whitney went the extra mile to help me with the time constraints I’m currently going through. I will always be indebted to whitney and the Jimmie Johnson team.

Y’all were awesome I dropped my truck off at 8am and need to be at work before 10am. Derek and his maintenance team had my truck done by 9am. Awesome job guys couldn’t ask for a better team, I hope it’s like that every time I go in. Keep up the good work, thank you

Whitney was on top of everything and hooked me up with a rental in the meantime my car was getting worked on. I’m glad to have my Cruze back.
The original issue was fixed but when I took my vehicle home I noticed that the charge door would not open completely. Now everytime I push the button to open the charge door it gets stuck. I have to take it in so it can be fixed. It's an easy fix but it just waste my time to do it. My advisor was really helpful. Hopefully I can get this issue resolved asap.
