Literally no one works harder or is more customer focused than Travis. He is the linchpin of the service department and the ONLY reason I still get all my vehicles serviced at Jimmy Johnson’s. Travis is the one I recommend to friends who need their vehicles serviced!! You will not find a more knowledgeable, friendly, hardworking service tech anywhere!!
Derek is always professional, courteous and friendly. I always ask for him when I need my truck serviced.

They were not able to find out what was wrong with my truck, I told them that the truck had to be running for at least 15 minutes in order for the noise to creep up. They said that the truck sat for an hour before they drove it... for 5 minutes. Not enough time to duplicate the noise. Now I have to make another appointment and lose another half day off of work to get the problem resolved.
