The service on our vehicle today was good,
as was the assistance from our service advisor. Our only issue today was when we learned that the recommendation we received verbally about our vehicle during our previous visit was the complete opposite of what was put in the service notes for that day. It is a mistake on my part for not reviewing the paperwork from that day but more so on the advisor that did not inform us of the issue at first. If we knew there was an alignment issue that could affect other parts of our vehicle we could have fixed it before it created more issues.
