My truck had an oil change yesterday am I am satisfied with their work.
Rakan was good. He kept me informed and followed up well. I am not satisfied with Chevrolet or the dealer. I had Platinum protection service but still had to Pay $1300 for air compressor repair so extra warranty was useless. Also what AC unit goes out at 42k miles.

Laith not only kept me informed and advised over the whole 7 hours my car was being worked on, he stayed a half hour after closing time so I could get my car back despite traffic. I wish I knew what kind of beer or Scotch he likes!
My oil change took almost 5 hours, wasn't fully completed the first time, and I was repeatedly strung along, told it was almost complete during the process.
Very good service always, That is why I Bought my Silverado from Jimmy Johnson.
