I was very satisfied with their service from the shuttle service to making sure I had a loaner after finding out what the problem was. They had my car ready and washed within the timeframe they told me it would be ready without delay.

Laith and one of the mechanics helped me immediately even though I didn’t have an appointment. I just needed a light bulb replaced and they accommodated me right away. It was very much appreciated.
Liana was great. But I had to wait a long time for the exhaust pipe. Almost 4 weeks.. thank you for letting me use’ a loaner for the last 10 days.
After my oil change I notice that I now have oil drips under my car. This wasn't the case before.

I made an appointment on Thursday and when I got there they couldn’t find me in the system. Telling them I had an appointment and need an oil change they asked if I could reschedule and come another day. I wasn’t taking that for an answer so they accepted my car. After printing out my paper work it was noted in comments the exact person I spoke with confirmed at 9:42am on Thursday that I had an appointment. However, they still couldn’t find my appointment in the system.

I’ve always had amazing service when I have taken my car here. Everyone has always broken it down for my understanding. But this last time when I was told what needed to be fixed I asked specifically what are the main things I had to get fixed for safe driving. She stated all of it! After looking over the work I find things were done that were not as necessary such as a cam cover. After I specifically stated I only wanted the major issues taken care of! I am now two weeks later having to take my car into get fixed again. Now at another location as I feel as if I was completely taken advantage of due to my lack of knowledge of cars. I now feel as if I cannot take my car here again. Paying so much money for little things I did not want done, staying to fix everything only to have to take my car back in two weeks later. I am just disappointed.
