I came in because I had hit a pothole earlier in the week and had to replace a tire I got 2 so they would match they were on the front for some reason they rotated the tires and put them on the back which I wasn’t very happy with so I came back and asked him to switch them back the way they were and they did but that’s the second reason I came in was because I had a doorlock that kept clicking every time you put car back in park after driving they didn’t fix it they told me I needed a part for it and Would call me I went around the corner to the Honda place and they hooked up the computer sensor reset it and it was gone it back the way it supposed to be also after changing the oil they didn’t reset the oil sensor as well the lady was very very helpful but I have no problems with her her back I really thought she was very friendly and polite but I was very unhappy with That I had to come back after waiting almost 2 hours because two of the main things out we’re done I bought this car from Jimmy Johnson Chevrolet that’s the reason I brought it here for service and not to the actual Honda’s place I was very disappointed and the way the whole thing went down
