The reason I was not completely satidified was because of the warranty information I did not receive. I had asked Whitney if my warranty was up because I had received emails but she looked into it and I did have the extended warranty. But my basic warranty did in fact end. If I would have known that the issue I had the service department checked would have cost me 100 dollars I would of waited a little longer to have them check that issue. Other than that Whitney was tremendous and also the gentleman who helped me today was also great.

I have two reasons why this adventure to have Jimmy Johnson do my service for my Chevrolet traverse was not a happy experience; first experience, we had an appointment the previous Saturday when we arrived we were informed that we would not be seen due to the late dat I have two reasons why this adventure to have Jimmy Johnson do my service for my Chevrolet traverse was not a happy experience; first experience, we had an appointment the previous Saturday when we arrived we were informed that we would not be seen due to the late how late it was in the day. When we informed them that they not only confirmed our appointment twice the day before via email we also called them that small morning and confirmed our appointment. We questioned why we still were there at 2 o’clock in the afternoon if our appointment was not going to happen after three confirmations. This is not OK this is totally inappropriate for any business. Then when we showed up for our second appointment which was today, we were there 30 minutes early which we know we were early our car was handed over to your service department and yet it took one entire hour from our time of service appointment 1 PM to 2 PM before anybody ran the quick diagnostic to find out what was wrong plugging it in getting a number finding out what was wrong not even removing one part from our vehicle one whole hour. This is completely on except a bowl also. I am not sure who is running your department now but I have been coming there for three years which is the entire time I have on my traverse and I have never experienced what we have in the last few days completely on except a bowl and we will be moving on to another dealer to another dealership at this point.

I was told that it would take 60-90 minutes to get my oil changed. Had an appointment set for 930. I was there early. While checking in, I was told that things had been moving along swiftly with getting cars in and out. So I was optismic that the estimate was accurate. Unfortunately, I ended up waiting 3 hours for a simple oil change. At one point when I started getting impatient I flagged down the rep that checked me in (he isn’t who my appointment was assigned to) and asked for an ETA, he walked back into the work area where I could visibly see that my car was still on the lift with the hood up but nobody was actually tending to or working on my car it was just sitting there. When he came back he told me it would be 15 more minutes MAX. At this point it was around 12PM. I didn’t leave until after 1230. I had to go find the guy who I was assigned to because my car and been moved to the exit line yet nobody ever came looking for me. So I approached Travis, to let him know which car was mine and if it was ready. He at first said it would be a few more minutes, then when he realized I wasn’t happy about that he asked if i needed a receipt. I was so anxious to leave I just said no to speed the process along. When i said no he simply said I was good to go and handed me my key. This frustrated me even more because my car and been off the lift and waiting in line for a while before I even decided to go looking for Travis. So if not taking a receipt could’ve gotten me out sooner why didn’t anyone come to me and ask immediately once my car was ready? This is the second time back to back Ive been disappointed by the customer service provided to me while just trying to get a oil change. I know time frames are always just estimates and nobody can control that. But nobody even checked in with me once the original 90 minutes passed. Then I called back later to ask if i could be sent a receipt via email for my records since I left without one. The person on the phone told me that he would leave a message with Travis to email me one. Even confirmed my email address with me. But I never received it.

Laugh took care of my concerns along with servicing of engine. Between Laith and the technician they were able to troubleshoot the radio problem and it was decided to order a new radio so it can be replaced. Also, I was out of the dealership in about 3 hours, which helped keep me on time for my next appointment .
