I was not satisfied with this visit one bit. I was quoted a specific price and I tried calling back to get ahold of my service provider no answer and no call back so I had to have my wife call with a different number. She was quoted a different price than I was. Today I was called to come pick my truck up and when I got there it was hurried by a line of cars NOT READY TO GO. I had to wait for them to find the keys to move the cars blocking me in. Then to top it all off once I got home I realized the techs unhooked my stereo system and didn’t reconnect it. I called Rakan and told him my system was disconnected, he told me he was going to talk to the tech and get back to me. It’s 8:53 I still have not received a call back. This is horrible service. I will never take my car here again and I will be leaving a bad review on Yelp.

Whitney is by far the most courteous and accommodating service rep I have ever dealt with. I had so many obstacles in regards to getting me a loaner car while my own car needed to be serviced for 2 weeks. Whitney never gave up in making sure I had reliable transportation to get to all the places I needed to be. I cannot begin to tell you how appreciative I was that someone took the time to care. This line of work and type of industry..that’s a rarity. Thank you so much Whitney!! You are truly one of a kind!
