1. Your mechanic used my radio and left it to his radio station of his liking which I do not like per se. 2. The hood of my Traverse was not properly lock and half lock. I noticed my hood was moving up and down while driving on the freeway after I left Jimmy Johnson service. It was unprofessional on the part of your mechanic and not paying attention to detail, 3. I doubt if your mechanics really did the service I asked to do such as rotate my tires, change oil and check and/or add nitrogen air to my tires, 4. I already informed Travis and he told me, I will have free detailing next oil change and free oil change which I said part of the package deal of my Traverse, Thank you, Daniel A

I was promised my vehicle in a hour and a half.i waited 2 hors before checking on it then it was another 40 minutes. I realize you can fall behind but my advisor should of made some type of contact with me letting me know since I was in your lounge waiting for my vehicle. I watched other advisors come out and talk to their costumers and let them know they were done or their progress. I got a text. Not very personal.

Laith was very helpful in assisting with diagnosis of my Trax. Between him and the technician they were able to fix the problem leaving me very satisfied with there work that was performed. My Trax now runs smoother and with more pep ( don’t know if this fix included the slow response to the Trax) but it runs smoother, with more pep and better handling (my opinion). Have worked with him on 2 seperate occasions and completely happy with his performance and attitude.
