IT WAS VERY AVERAGE CUSTOMER SERVICE WITHNEY RIDENHART Needs to be more accurate with finished service promised time i was almost late for work cos that also have more passion for her job and to be able to answer service questions overall the stuff there looks like there just doing a 9 to 5 job there and they look apatic doing there job I don't know if I will return there just an average experience for the money I pay a very average 5 thanks

I can't express how happy I am that Liana recognized my problem and took it personally enough to get the service manager involved from the beginning. I am grateful that your dealership stood behind your car sale warranty and made sure I was taken care of under the manufacturers warranty. The fact that you paid for a loaner vehicle during the repair process made the experience even better. I thank you again for standing behind your customers and fighting for them. I have recommended your dealership to several people based on my experience.

Derek Suda was excellent, very knowledgeable, a great guy and super helpful. However, my radio screen is still having issues. Derek is hang me bring the car back in. He's making it a priority, and I'll recommend him and Jimmie Johnson Chevrolet to everyone I know!

Although it was hard to pay almost $2k in car service, Whitney and the team at Jimmy Johnson Kearny Mesa Chevrolet were amazing. They made sure our car was fully functioning and did a great inspection. The service was superb.
