Did Not receive much communication about the progress of the service being done with my car. Think 3 hours to wait for my car to be serviced is a bit over the top. This was the longest time I have spent waiting for my car in the service department . Feel that the service department is declining and my experience today was disappointing . Once my service contract is expired won’t be back if this level of service continues
My car was finished and it was just sitting there in the lot while I was waiting. If I had not gotten up to walk around, I would still be waiting. She never let me know I was done! 1 1/2 hours turned into 2 1/2 hours! When my I finally got my car, the oil life percentage indicator was still at 9%, the mechanic never reset it!
