The only thing I can say is my car is white after the service my door handle is greasy what about my steering wheel I’m not a picky guy but it should be done properly .... clean that greasy hand...

I cannot charge my Volt 2018 up to its potential 53 miles average range. My Volt 2018 battery only charges up to an estimated 36 to 42 miles range. The rep that took my car in dismissed right away the reason for my visit saying that “I should not expect more than a 36 miles range on a fully charged battery”. The Rep called me a few hours later telling me that all the “codes” checked out and “36 miles range was within specs”. Dealership was able to charge car up to 44 miles. This has been going on for 3 months, I used to be able to get 51 to 55 on a fully charged battery in the previous 11 months of ownership. Thank you for your help with this matter, regards, Vincent M

Was waiting for shuttle service because I wanted to take my family to eat breakfast and they never called my name or came to look for me. Another thing I was disappointed with was when I called to make a service appt. I ask for a loaner because I had errands to to and call a week before my appt. I never got a loaner. Ended up waiting in the lobby for 3 hrs.

Love the service you provide. Rakan was great in helping me out to decide which services I really needed at this time and which I could hold off until next time. I don’t ever feel being swindled. I’ve really come to trust Chevrolet but specifically Jimmie Johnson’s Chevrolet in Kearny Mesa.

I bought my car in to have a check engine light diagnosed. In short your service dept. didn't operate in good faith. The communication from the service attendant during the process was slow and cryptic, my car was there for three days, when I was informed on the second day it would be ready for pickup by 3pm that afternoon. Never got a call back or an update on that, called the service dept. later that afternoon, phone never got answered. Lastly, the problem of the check engine light wasn't addressed, something got fixed for $1000.00 but that didn't resolve the issue, picked up the vehicle on the third day and the check engine came back on with in 7 miles of driving the vehicle. Seriously? I take it back the next day only to be told there's a different error code initiating the check engine light. Hmmm Interesting,,, but the error wasn't present the day before when it was diagnosed? Again,,, Hmmmm Interesting. And to hear such analogies as "I'm not going to say the car is a little older" 8yrs, 57K miles, wow!!!! Chevy if thats determined as old by your shop standards and warrants such difficulties to diagnose and repair??? You're the dealer for goodness sake!!!! A 1911 chevy should be welcome without a blink. Or the analogy of diagnosing car problems "is like plugging holes in a ship, plug one hole another may spring up". You charged $1000 to change a part (regardless of what did or didn't do) that didn't address the purpose of the service visit in the first place, "Check Engine Light". And then to readdress the return of the check engine light illumination with in 7 driving miles of it being picked up and paid for in good faith that your service dept. fixed the issue, I was quoted another $1600 to now address the check engine light issue that the previous three days in the shop and $1000 spent didn't repair. That's not happening. That's not goo faith service on your part. You're the dealer,,, sure I expect to see an increase in cost for your services, but with that expectation also comes the belief that the dealer can and will accurately address the vehicle issues in a timely and efficient fashion and conduct repairs that the customer can have confidence in. None of this happened. Rather then gaining 1 new satisfied customer to tell a friend, you gained a bad review for all to see.
