Derek's service was great!???????? Service Tech's sloppy. A couple of hours before I brought the truck in for service. I just washed the exterior of truck and cleaned the engine compartment of sand/dirt-dust, from going out to the desert and lake. So that Service Tech's, would have dust free compartment. The spilt oil on plastic heat shields and top radiator support cover. Not even an attempt made to wipe it off. Also thought they usually top off or mention they are low. Brake fluid was half @Min-Max level. So today in Menifee, where I live. We're have heavy winds and dust storms. So every place the service tech touched with oily/greasy hands and didn't wipe off. Dirty shirt print where he leaned against fender to do service work. Prior to service I asked Derek to have service tech use fender cover when doing work. To prevent any fluids or scratches on fender. In which happened on a previous service. Also not sure why finger print on rear passenger door. Have picture documentation of described items of concern.
