Everyone was friendly and professional!
I have had to return to the dealership today 04/17/19 as I found that I am missing a wheel lock/lug but on my right rear tire. I called to discuss this, was put on hold for 15 minutes + and decided to drive here to get this rectified. Unfortunately this is the second issue that I have had in as many service visits and this is unacceptable and I expect some sort of compensation for my time, gas and efforts to make this right. The service representative that I am dealing with Whitney Reinhardt has been argumentative and not showing that the customer is right in this case. This is frustrating as she is stating that this is not her fault. Whether or not it is her fault or not, she represents this organization and the service team. I hope that this goes to someone that understands that you need to please your customer and let’s move forward.

Travis got the job done but wasn’t very customer friendly. He just printed the documents that needed to be signed and told you to sign without explaining anything or even telling you the cost of the service. It seemed like he was on 3 different calls while trying to provide service to me. After spending hundreds of dollars, I would expect a little more care. Appreciate the service but I probably won’t bring my car back to this Chevy location.

Whitney was awesome. She helped me coordinate getting all three vehicles in for repair, brakes, and soon collision. Fast easy. The best experience I have had at Jimmy Johnson’s.
