I took my rv for a recall and then I was charged for a hub replacement caused for the caliper failure that was the recall for, I was told by Travis that they don’t cover that and I accepted to do the job trusting him. I received my rv with the brake failure message on the screen and he told me that they couldn’t do nothing, I went to another place that they are certified by workhorse and they told that workhorse cover any other parts when it’s part of the problem. To replace the hubs when the wheels and the calipers are off takes like 30 min to replace them and I was charged 700 dollars for parts and labor the parts are like 150 dollars.
I don’t think that a company like Jimmy Johnson should do that to their customers
This problem should have been brought to my attention and addressed a week ago when I first brought my vehicle in for service and informed the representative of the issue. I had to make two trips, go without my vehicle for two days, and unexpectedly pay for new tires when all of this may have been avoided a week ago at my initial appointment.
