Derek has been a great help and takes the time to explain everything, my issue is I brought it in because my truck was sputtering when giving it gas and twice I have driven it off the lot and the check engine light would go on and the sputtering was still there. And when I brought it in I didn’t have issues with the check engine light ! $800+ dollars later and for a third time I’ll bring it in with the light on and still sputtering, I understand it’s not easy trouble shooting theses things but I don’t even make it a mile away before the light comes back on
I was told that the repair would be a couple hours and that She would call me and let me know what they find after they check it. I didn’t hear anything and called 6 hours later to see what was going on since no one had called me, I was told that it was almost done and possibly another 30 minutes.
I wish there was better communication from the advisor to the customers and wish they wouldn’t over promise.
Travis was very professional and helpful.

I had to get the front drivers side tire replaced due to a screw in the tread. Derek checked over the tire and immediately checked in my truck for the repair. He was very courteous, professional and sincere. I asked him how long this tire change would take, he said app 75 mins . I was pleasantly surprised to receive the truck back in just I’ve 45 minutes. That was great as I could get back to work at my business. Overall between Derek and the service garage made for this matter to be resolved very quickly.
