My Equinox has been meticulously maintained so we took it for a scheduled oil change yesterday. Pulled car from garage this am, found oil drips on floor. Husband lifted car, crawled under, which I didnnt like for him to do and found oil on the radiator fan housing.He was thinking about trying to fix but agreed to call JJ in case more than tightening needed.Overall outcome solved ok leak but two trips from Poway to JJKM and time waiting definitely not appreciated.
As always my experience there is always wonderful. Pam is so attentive. I love her kindness and great positive attitude she presents. Treat me like someone special. Even wandering through the showroom everyone also are all so friendly n courteous.

Was not kept updated on why our vehicle had to be there at 8am and then sat parked for 6 hours with nothing done, or told why until we spoke to the other man in the office who found out what was really happening. He took care of the situation and got us back on the road at 3:45pm!
