It took 5 hours to do a oil change and to reattach a def hose. Both of which were not done correctly last time I had my vehicle in. After a few hours I got a text about other services need before the services I brought it in for we’re done. I called and was told it would be 45-60 more and that I would be give. a phone call as soon as it was done. After more than a hour and a half I called and was told it had been done for a half hour. This was definitely not the type of service I am user to at your dealership.
Pam and the mechanic were amazing! They figured out my vehicle’s problem and were speedy in fixing the problem.
Liana was amazing. She understood our issue and worked with GM to find a solution that worked for all parties. Best service I’ve had at this location.

Whitney was helpful and when she had to step away she made someone else was there to assist me. Also the finance guy took time to help me price out an extended warranty and even remembered me buying my car two years ago. Every employee that came into the waiting room was friendly amongst themselves and with me.
