A couple of oily hand prints were left on the hood as well as the drivers fender. I understand it happens sometimes. Just somethin to watch for.

Great customer service. I brought in my car unannounced for several warning lights and was treated promptly. Derek communicated with each step. They assisted me with obtaining a rental car and contacted the extended warranty company.

I expressed my concern with my vehicle and the experience I had at paradise Chevrolet in Temecula. I brought my vehicle here in hopes to be treated better. I was yet again lied to and told my car had a road test laying at least one hour and when I got into my car the mileage had gone up 15 miles. I explained the major issues occur when it is driven for a longer amount of time. I will not be coming back

Very very long time for a scheduled oil change and tire rotation. The communication for status of work and expected time of finish unsatisfactory. It took 48 minutes for a text reply. I went to the counter to ask when I could have my truck. Why would my service appointment take 2 hours and 39 minutes? I missed a family get together.

I realized my car didn't got refill of some fluids that I know should be covered with the service like wipers container and probably antifreeze

I was very frustrated with the,quality of service. I needed a patch for my tire and check my passenger seat and it took 4 hours supposedly to patch a,tire. I was told every hour my car was getting fix.....which was not even touch until last minute. Oh I had an appointment as,well. Hope this does not happen again just be honest.thanks....
