Whitney did a fantastic job handling my concerned and relating my questions to the service team. I was very nervous about my cars issue and the potential cost and she set me completely at ease within minutes. I will continue to see her for service any time I return to Jimmie Johnson. I highly recommend her for recognition and I will direct any and all of my friends to her in the future.

Workers left my fog lights on and had to mess with my battery and when I got home it died and my mechanic told me it stopped so I had to buy a new battery bc yall. Thanks.

I brought it in for 45,000 mile service Was told it would be inspected. Had small trim that needed secured in place. I think all that was done was oil change. The receipt said nothing about inspection or tires rotated. Air filter??? Was told only way to fix trim was to purchase new one.
