Derek was on spot on with his answers to my questions regarding the service of my vehicle. He promised my vehicle would be ready before noon and sure enough it was. I have every confidence that he will handle all my service needs for my for my 2019 Equinox. Look forward to having Derek as my service manager.

Pam was great but I’m still having the same problem with the back up camera not functioning properly. I picked it up yesterday afternoon & I had the same problem with it today. It seems as though no one can figure out exactly what the problem is. This is at least the fourth time I’ve had it in for this issue. I think I’m on my third radio and it’s still not fixed. I travel with dog crates in the back frequently and I really depend on the camera.
Pam was friendly and helpful in resolving my problems. Also, other staff was friendly as well.

Pam and the shuttle driver Julio were fantastic. I felt very comfortable with them. Reminded me of the old TV somg from CHEERS. Sometimes you want to go where verybody knows your name...and they're really glad you came...lol

Had an appointment for an oil change and it took near 2 hours to get my vehicle serviced and completed. The service tech himself Travis J. Ingalls was great and friendly, I’m just not satisfied with length of the service provided by the mechanics or whomever it is that worked on my vehicle, especially for the price I pay.

Travis was awesome. Super knowledgeable about my problem, listened to what I said, answered all my questions to my satisfaction, and followed up on everything I asked him to. Overall great experience with him and I would be happy if he was my service advisor every time.
