The only complaint I have, is that my car wasn't washed. Every time I take for an oil change, my car is washed. Not today

Why did it take 3 1/2 hours to realize the part that was needed wasn’t on hand, which now is going to require another appointment? Secondly why were we scheduled to arrive at 0700 knowing that your technicians don’t begin work until 0800?
