I had an appt. at 1pm and didn’t leave till 3:30pm. Pamela knew it was taking a lot longer than normal, so she made the executive decision to just say “we apologize for the inconvenience and there’s no charge today!” That in itself was the best customer service and she knew I had to be somewhere at 5pm knowing I had 1 hour driving back home in traffic. THANK YOU!!!!!!!
I took my brand new 2018 truck purchased on 7/4/2018. On 7/25 truck alarm started going off for no reason multiple time from 7/25-7/31. Took to Dealership to trouble shoot and fix. Dealership was not able to fix problem. Truck alarm is still going off at my home of residence. The dealership was able to correct 2 of 3 recalls on the truck. 3rd recall requires parts.

I brought my car in at 2:45pm on Monday for a scheduled appointment. The service person had a good idea of what was causing the problem. He told me they would run a diagnostic then contact me with an estimate before doing any work. On Tuesday at 10am I had not heard from anyone so I called. I was forward around until I ended up in the voice mail of my service provider who was out of the office on Tuesday. I called back, this time the person who answered the call acknowledged the Derek was off, looked at my file and stated it doesn’t show that any work has been done. She was going to check and call me back in 15 minuets. Two hours later and still no calls from JJ I called back. The person who answered said the file did not show any work had been done and that I could call back on Wednesday when Derek returns to the office. I told her I’d be there at 3 to pick up my car since no work was getting done. I arrived at 2:45 and saw the mechanic pulling my car into the service bay. They had just begun to look at my car. I scheduled an appointment for service and it took 24 hours before anyone looked at my vehicle. The service desk was not willing to provide any support because I wasn’t their client. This is a horrible way to run a service department. My contract was with JIMMIE JOHNSON not a specific person. You don’t stop work on a persons car just because the service provider has a day off!!

Liana was amazing. She was very friendly and very helpful. I didn’t have an appointment and she was able to squeeze me in. They were able to fix my car the same day. So thankful.
Pam is very professional and while others were standing around she was on it and taking care of customers one after another, she’s the only one I watched working, everybody else was worried about a mad customer outside. Great job Pam

Travis has always been my go to advisor for all of my Chevys. He always makes sure everything is handled right the first time. He is the reason that I choose to come back to JJ Chevy to handle my maintenance. He's a real asset to the dealership.
My brakes were still making noise and no one seems to care, just keep telling me the pads and rotors look good. Then why are the brakes still squealing the car only has a little over 6000 miles and the was reported when the car had 4000. There has to be a reason.
