I had no appointment scheduled to install the new splash guards on my truck, but when the service guys realized that this was not a do it yourself install. They took care of it right away and did a great job

Professional and courteous staff
This was an excellent visit, as is always the case with Travis Ingalls, Service Representative. The van, although in excellent condition, is older (2001,customized high top) thus it is a challenge at times for some special service items. Travis has never failed me, including this time with some challenges with parts, and even coordination of subcontractored labor; to successfully complete a long list of items I requested this time. I scheduled my service online and provided additional details in a dialogue box. The service rep could not see my comments on her screen so I had to repeat them. When she printed the sevice order, my comments were visible. This is inefficient and needs to be fixed.
Once again Derek Suda came through making sure our whole service experience was outstanding. We appreciate all Derek's efforts to take care of us and our vehicle. Cant wait to get our second vehicle from JJ Chevrolet.
