I have taken my Acadia to Jimmie Johnsons for all the services it has needed for over a year. All the employees are awesome, very helpful and friendly. Pam is amazing and has helped me many times.

My first service experience with Jimmy Johnson Chevrolet...impressed with service and the courtesy extended...hopefully it won’t be necessary but I will certainly refer others and return to have my vehicles serviced

2 hr appt time. No shuttle service. Paid for uber to take me to and from service. The least you could've done was let me know it was going to take 2 hours for an Appointment to be completed so that I could've planned it better. To top it off, I has to pay for a new battery that I prob didn't even need!

As this vehicle is actually mine, I'll make provide the feedback on the service experience received today. I would like to say that I was very pleased with the service I received from Ms Gorney today. She greeted me with a smile, wrote up my service, explained everything in detail and gave me an estimated time of delivery. The time of delivery was right on time! I was very surprised! In the past it has been way past the estimated time. Check out was quick and easy. All in all, Liana Gorney did an excellent job, one that represents your service department and entire company very well. She should be commended for a job well done!

Laith was fantastic!!! It was my first time there and I’m totally coming back. Laith and all the rest impressed me with great customer service which is something Marvin k brown can learn something from. All in all I have no complaints at all and my man Laith deserves a RAISE!!! Kyle G

Whitney far exceeded our expectations. She was so helpfu and advised us to have the transmission looked at prior to our warranty expiring. She said that even if they could not replicate the issue at hand, we would have documentation. Thankfully they resolved the issue while the car was still covered by the power train warranty. Thank you for connecting me with the collision department as well- I was able to schedule service for a recent minor accident at the same time. The estimate was completed within hours. Thank you for making a stressful situation much better!!!!
