Pam was helpful with getting me an appointment and reassured me my vehicle was covered on warranty . When I arrived I was helped by a different advisor , I had to sign up for the courtesy shuttle because I wasn’t told the service was going to take 4 hours . The shuttle driver was driving around the Lott looking at his phone the whole time .. I waited for 40min before I finally gave up on the ride and called a lyft to take me home and bring me back . I’m the end I was happy my vehicle got fixed .

Did not satisfactorally respond to all my concerns raised to include issues that I considered safety issues... I also considered the service I received from Katrina to be unprofessional, abrasive , antagonistic and unfriendly.
I was rushed at checkout and the service clerk did not explain ANY of the recommended services on my car. I tried asking questions and I received short answers web no explication. I go here because it’s convienent and close to work. I will no longer get my car serviced at this dealership as it’s the second time I received poor service. Also, $55 to change oil on a 4 cyclinder and you charge an extra $10 for rotating tires? I get my V8 serviced at Ford and they change oil, top off fluids, rotate tires, AND wash my car.
And kudos to Kit who did the work on my truck over the last two weeks. I love you guys

Was being overcharged until going back in and pointing out the charge. Traves did not provide good customer service. After leaving my vehicle for service I was upset and questioned my future purchases and service dealings with Balboa Jimmy Johnson.
Travis as always is professional, knowledgeable and thorough. When he is busy, however, others assisting with intake do not do him any favors as they do not even greet customers coming in. When they do finally acknowledge you, they don’t listen or record customer concerns with their vehicle. Thank goodness for Travis as he responds quickly on any oversights. Just make your customers feel valued JJ Chevy—you used to be rock stars at that.
Katrina Munoz is one of the most helpful experiences Jimmie Johnson Chevrolet. That lady definitely deserves a promotion because she goes above and beyond what's expected in regards to customer service.
