Service writer was awfully rude. Work that was asked to be performed was not. Truck was sent away with out running it by me the owner and the one paying. I have recently bought 3 Chevy express vans 2016, also 2018 dually 4x4. I was going to Temecula Chevy but I was trying to keep it local. I will never return to this location again. I will be going to other social media sites to share my experience.
Tire rotation was suppose to be performed per my paperwork,and paperwork only states tire pressure checked. Every time I come to your service dept there's a problem, so I'm going to Temecula for all my future service needs

Laith Q. is always a pleasure to deal with , his kindness and honesty are very much appreciated after my bad experience with Katrina M. My shuttle driver Julio was great like he always is, friendly and on time getting me to work then outside waiting for me when I got out to bring me back to get my car. He went above and beyond for me today when I realized I left my therapy cushion inside the lounge he went and found it for me so it wouldn’t be taken. Thank you Laith and Julio great team.

Whitney provided the best customer service I have EVER received. She actually cares about her customers. She was so nice, helpful and understanding that she made me want to spend my money there.
