It was a bit of a surprise after thinking that it was a drive train warranty covered transmission issue and became a not covered by any warranty item of over $500. But I feel that Laith and your mechanics are doing there jobs with integrity and honesty. It was just an expensive surprise.

Both Service Advisors were condescending about a rattle noise that was serviced last interval, but not fully repaired in accordance with a tech service bulletin. In addition, she made documentation errors and provided questionable explanations. In the past Derek Suta was exceptional, these two service advisors were unpleasant at best and unprofessional at worst.

It was super easy to make the appointment online and note what needed to be done. They confirmed the service & called as soon as it was done. Did exactly what I needed and exceeded my thoughts with departure. Super quick to get the car and Pam was great! Thank you!

Thank you for diagnosing and repairing my vehicle quickly! I was really upset about my car troubles and Laith texted me right away to let me know the status of my vehicle. I had coupons from Jimmie Johnson at home, and Laith applied my coupons as I asked.

2.5 hours for an oil change is absolutely unacceptable. At a minimum customers should be notified at the time of scheduling to set aside that kind of time. Also, when it was time to pick up my car 5 agents stood idle at their desks, watching me wait 10 minutes for Whitney to be free. After waiting 2.5 hours, you think someone would be eager to help get me on my way. This was not the case at all.

Laith is terrific. Super-nice, helpful, knowledgeable, and pulled the team in to try and figure out our weird situation. Offered to have Scott come in to help, and they are a great team. Really pleased with Laith’s service.
