The tech that helped us was awesome. Helpful. Knew all the answer's to our questions before we even asked because she was so thorough. As always. We are pleased yet again.

Whitney was extremely helpful. The issue with my vehicle was not straightforward and Whitney patiently answered and obtained answers to my numerous questions. And she connected me with the technician so I could obtain additional important details directly from him. That enabled me to better understand the complexity and priority of the additional service requirements for the vehicle. The technician’s name was Manny. He too provided excellent customer service, which was very much appreciated.
Service was completed fast and the entire process was simple and efficient.

In the last year you have changed your people in the service department and techs in back apparently . Today almost 2 hours for an oil change it neverrrrr used to take this long. You should really see what’s going on. Please don’t contact me I do not want to repeat my self nothing ever happens about it. Last time was the same.

I asked if they could wash my car and they said it was not included but they would do it. When I picked it up, they verified that it was washed. I got my car and it was dripping wet from being run through the wash. I had a shaami and dried the car off myself (to avoid that water spots.)
Really? Is delivering my car all wet a wash? How marginal!
Laith went above and beyond to make sure my ZL1 was perfectly clean and ready for me to pick up. I very much appreciated the professionalism and service from him and the rest of the staff in the service department.

It’s funny I had an appointment, I get to service department and there is one person on phone. 6 people who work there standing talking and lady in next booth pretending she is working but actually listening to the 6 people talking. I stand there until another employee walks in and so does another customer who he greets and then realizes I am bothered standing there like an idiot. When I go to pick up. Same thing and I actually ask lady if I am supposed to just walk up to anyone. She says I should go to my advisor who isn’t actually there. On a 1-10, I would give you guys a 2, I have a 2015 HD3500 diesel, truck is amazing. Your service is not. Regards. Tony L
