Isaac Powell is always wonderful. I did not care for the lady calling and then sending a strange man out to try to talk me into trading my car. I felt blindsided and I did not appreciate the Tom foolery.....

Bradley was exceptional with everything. From the moment I arrived in a tow truck, he came out to greet me even before I got out. I usually would have to stand around for a couple minutes. He was very professional and assuring throughout the whole process. He explained exactly what my problems and prices were going to be. I was going to start doing business elsewhere after my oil change package was over, but because of Bradley, I will continue to bring my vehicle(s) to honda of concord. A+++ service!
