EXCELLENT SERVICE. David Itoopp made the whole thing very easy and the shuttle to TIAA CREF was awesome. NEVER going back to Scott Clark again for my needs! If I knew you guys were a Hendrick dealer I would’ve been coming there for a while as I’ve had great service from them in the past in my BMW+Jaguar... and pretty sure most ppl in Charlotte know all of Hendrick’s dealers have a synonymous excellent reputation. Should advertise as simply “Hendrick Honda” just my 2 cents.

Mr. Lumpkin has always given me excellent, quality customer service. He is so courteous and friendly. When I ask him if they are running any specials on the day that my car is being serviced. Mr. Lumpkin doesn't hesitate to search to see what specials or discounts that could help me to save money. Mr. Lumpkin is the only one that I ask for when my car needs to be serviced. I value our customer service relationship that we have established.

Excellent customer service. I dropped my vehicle off this morning. Checked in as soon as I arrived for my 7 am appointment. My drop off took less than 5 mins. Brad was very helpful and pleasant during drop off and pick.
