Jessica was great. I was annoyed when our second key did not work. I was shocked when I realized we were missing a seat belt. I could not believe it took weeks to get our checked cashed. Sales needs improvement. But I have nothing but praise for Jessica and her service. She saved you some bad comments online.

Not happy with your services. Paid you 8 thousand dollars for warranties on our 2018 Pilot and you seem to not do ANYTHING for that money paid. We should never have came to you for our vehicle. We should have bought a Toyota. My next vehicle will definitely not be with any of Hendrix sales.
