I will never set foot at this dealership again, it took 4 different people working on one ticket for a simple order and repair, 2 visits in 2 days and 10 phone calls just today to figure out if they got the right order, all of this waste of time during my work day to miss one part of the order, and forgot my request to check the work before bringing the car back down. A real half **** job.
It takes a really **** service for me to write any review. I seriously doubt this was a one off situation at your service department. I understand one customer doesn’t keep you in business but one customer at a time add up, trust me reviews do echo
