The Honda representative Jazmine Leon was excellent. The overall experience on this day of service and my entire encounter since first dealing back with this Honda of Concord location in Nov 2018 has been the WORST. Yet again I’m having issues with a BRAND NEW vehicle that no one seems to be able to replicate the concerns. One such concern was what I described as static noise and the manager David described as popping. Neither the less, it was heard but not repaired in the 24 hrs that the service department had my car. I’m moving my concerns up the ladder to corporate because no matter how minor or major my issues have been, I should not be coming in with these concerns for a BRAND NEW CAR that only had 2 miles when purchased. I feel as though I received YET ANOTHER LEMON from my previous experience with the purchase of the used vehicle. I honestly would LOVE to have seen better customer service to anyone who has experienced my level of dissatisfaction. Some encounters were great and some were less than desired. Excellent customer service should be CONSISTENT. I was once a true believer that Honda and all it stands for was the best. Now, I’m just wanting to do without any dealings with the vehicle or company due to my heartfelt disappointment these last months. I will continue this conversation with the corporate office.

I'm loyal to the Hendrick Family. Jessica went above and beyond. Dropped car off the night before appointment and she calls me an hour and half later telling me it was ready. The techs didn't want to wait until the morning. Awesome awesome awesome
