Service Manager Bert was great. He was very friendly. I have absolutely no complaints in regards to Bert. THE PROBLEM is the fact I spent over $700 and THE SAME ISSUE I WAS HAVING PRIOR TO GETTING "MY CAR SERVICED" US STILL AN ISSUE! I had an appointment at 10:20am Friday August 16, 2019. Lindsey Helms was my service manager I explained very clearly the issue my car was having "when I am in Drive and at a stop, I feel lots of vibration AND its only slightly felt in Park AND it drives great otherwise, my check engine light came on once but went off the next day and when I crank it, it cranks roughly. I had ALL of my engine mounts replaced already." She asked "do you feel the entire car vibrating" I said, "No, in steering wheel and the cabin area." She said she just want to be clear in explaining to the technician, I definitely understood. She came to me about an hour later and told me the technician felt the vibration, my front and side motor mounts need to be replaced with Acura parts which is causing the vibration and my rotors and brakes need replacing. I told her I just had new rotors and pads out on. She gave me prices of appx $600-700. We set it for me to drop it off today (Monday, August 19, 2019) in the morning (no set time) and she would get me a rental. I dropped my car off at appx 9:30am, had a little wait as it was busy and found out Lindsey called out so a young lady was nice to help me and the other nice lady took my info until Bert came. He was nice also. I got the rental. When I picked the car up I was just 100% sure that Honda's tech had fixed the issue..I got in, cranked it and noticed it sounds rough still, put it in Drive with foot on brake and still vibrating (Sigh). Honda was about to close so I said I would see how it drove home and still the same vibration /roughness when I braked. I paid $700+ for NOTHING!My head has been hurting so bad because I feel I'be been taken advantaged of. Someone needs to correct this issue or give me my money back. I would hate to have to go to Better Business Bureau or the news. Please fix this.
