Daniel was fantastic and provided excellent service. He kept me updated and went above and beyond for my experience at Honda today. It was raining and he got my car for me and pulled it in so I didn’t have to get wet. Also dried off my car door and seat. I was so impressed and you need more employees like him!!!!

Only one concern that I experienced is lack of people answering the phone in the service dept when I first called for help when my vehicle gave many error codes. I did not know whether to risk driving it to dealership or have it towed in. No one called me back after I left a request to call me. Some areas of highway do not have shoulders to pull over if vehicle breaks down, so I was very stressed out about driving. But the temperature outside was close to 100 degrees and waiting an hour for a tow also was not an experience I wanted to deal with. All other service at dealership was fine besides that one thing. I told the receptionist I needed a live person because my vehicle was acting up. I still got a robot to answer.
