Bert was excellent. Too care of my maintenance needs. I was in and out in about 45 minutes not bad for a busy Friday. Bert was not pushy trying to up-sale me on things I did not need gave me what I wanted. So I was in and out just like I wanted for a busy person this is great. Thanks Bert and Honda if Concord
